openssl
This is used to create self signed certificates.
Cli browsers
These are very good for troubleshooting while on console. Some of them are w3m, lynx, netrik, links2, elinks.
Gui Browsers

Tools
Httping is a good tool to check your website for port access.
Install all the tools
# apt install openssl netrik chromium w3m lynx links2 elinks epiphany-browser epiphany-browser-data falcon httping
